Don Mann: Focusing on my Craft Monday, Dec. 29, 2003 - 12:01 a.m. Illness has overtaken me. my face is a burning maelstrom, yet chills run up and down my skin like arpeggios up the neck of a guitar. Despite all this, I move through the night to an undisclosed location...to get drunk with friends. Alcohol is the lubrication which eases the friction of life that has worn thin my fragile epidermis. Tonight I shall bathe thoroughly therein. I cleaned my basement, so when I actually have someone else in it sometime I won't be alone in my appreciation of its condition. Have a good night everyone. |
